Refund policy

At Posterscape, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not, we offer a clear return policy that includes exchange or refund.

Return period

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your poster has been damaged during transport, please do not hesitate to send us a photo of the damage at [email protected]. We will arrange either a replacement shipment or a full refund, depending on your preference and the situation, at no additional cost to you.

To start a return, you can use one of the options below:

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label (when applicable), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return costs and refund

If you choose a refund, 100% of your order amount, including the original shipping costs, will be refunded. The customer is only responsible for the return shipping costs, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging.

In the context of this legal right of withdrawal, we will refund the full amount of your order, including standard shipping costs. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days. Please remember that it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Exceptions

We do not accept returns for items damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.

Please note that slight and reasonable color variations between the digital image on your screen and the printed product are normal and do not in themselves constitute a defect. This does not affect your legal right of withdrawal within the applicable period in the European Union.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions described in this policy.
