Elles (Frontispiece) (1896) by Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec Poster

Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec captures a private moment: a woman seen from behind as she gathers her hair, wrapped in a deep blue gown and a cloud of ruffles. Against a quiet cream background, rust-red lettering announces the 1896 show at La Plume. A toppled top hat and light sketch marks lend the scene a playful, human touch. The restraint is part of its appeal; the gesture speaks for itself.

Toulouse-Lautrec was a Belle Époque pioneer, known for bold silhouettes, limited palettes and witty typography that turns words into images. Creating a themed wall display?
